LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Leadership is accepting responsibility and taking initiative.

This course introduces the core principles of releasing leadership potential. Trainees will learn the five spheres of responsibility and walk thru the seven leadership theories. This learning path uncovers a person's truest beliefs about leadership in order to provoke growth and vision. It also equips participants to help develop a Leadership Culture and to flourish in it. This courses consist of six (1.5 hour) sessions titled:

2. Leadership is for Everyone

3. Responsibility and Initiative

4. Finding Solutions

5. Effective Communication

6. Vision
